    GIBS Bangalore really encourages students to think creatively and become future entrepreneurs. The college has a special programme called IRE – Innovation, Research & Entrepreneurship, where students get to work on real ideas, projects, and even start-ups.

    I personally saw many students come up with new business ideas and get full support from mentors and faculty. GIBS also organizes workshops, startup events, and pitch sessions that help students build confidence and learn how to bring their ideas to life.
