The ice-Chancellor, Dean (s), faculty and any admin staff is ever ready to address student problems. Every student has faculty mentors assigned to them, they are the one point of contact for the students. Moreover for issues related to the infrastructure and amenities IILM has a forum that can be accessed through whatsapp- IILM Helpdesk. The redressal of student issues is immediately done here.
