How does it feel to be a student at Lovely Professional University, LPU?

Awesome! I am saying this because I know many students and friends who have studied at LPU. The college Life at LPU is quite good and the campus is enormous. LPU is a good college known for its faculty, infrastructure, and placement in the middle range of price. There are a large number of international students that attend the university. Life at LPU is wonderful. You will find a lot of eating joints. If you will stay in a hostel, life will be awesome but you need to be a Little disciplined in terms of attendance and assignments. You will get several minor assignments during each semester which you need to complete on time and submit to the concerned authority. And minimum attendance required is 75 percent else you will be detained for exams. Hostel: LPUs hostels have good accommodation where you'll get a room with an attached bathroom. They have a large collection of rooms for 2 seater, they also provide 1 seater rooms and sometimes 3 seater. LPU has a wide range of AC and Non AC rooms. Rooms are good to stay. Where they have some strict rules like the students are allowed to roam outside the hostels till 7:30 pm in summer and 6-6:30 pm in winter. The schedule followed in messes are structured in a well-mannered form where your morning breakfast might be choices between various type of Paranthas and poha with or without butter, in the beverage you will get milk and tea. Where for lunch you'll get some seasonal vegetables, potatoes, and pulses. And for an evening you'll get milk and tea. At dinner, you'll get seasonal vegetables, pulses, etc. Once a week you will get a special diet where you'll get some Chinese food or Indian special occasional food. Academic: All the faculty members are highly qualified to have at least a master's and 7080% of them are even having PhDs or pursuing. These facilities are also having good years of work experience, so it might be good to consider that LPU is having a wide range of qualified and experienced faculty members. Placement: The placements are completely based on the performance of the students, because so many good companies come to campus drive in the college. The current placement status that many students got placed in the genuine companies before final exams in reputed companies on good packages. I was pretty sure to go for my higher studies in a very good university and then I came across LPU. The single-campus university located in Jalandhar, Punjab. Initially I was stunned by the beautiful campus and infrastructure and gradually I made my mind when I got to know about the university achievements and popularity. I took my admission in MBA and trust me the Business school in LPU is undoubtedly the best. I always felt that the faculty members were very much concerned to shape us and make us ready to compete in the upcoming placement drives in the next two years. They have good faculty and good infrastructure. They provide very good study ambiance and are very up to date with the latest developments. Overall culture in the university seems to be good. Hostel: LPUs hostels have a good accommodation where you'll get a room with an attached bathroom. They have a large collection of rooms for 2 seater, LPU has the wide range of AC and Non AC rooms. Rooms are good to stay. I was also a Hostler at LPU and the thing I miss the most is the Hostel Life of LPU, those late night studies, looking for snacks at midnight and watching movies on the weekends was very awesome I wish I could live back those days. Hi there, Well, such an adorable question to be answered. I have been studying at LPU from past 4 years. I joined LPU back in 2017 to pursue Masters in Mathematics. Completed M.Sc. In 2019 and qualified LPU NEST for Ph.D. as well as the interview. Being an LPU student is a blessing one gets to come under. Having pursued a degree from such a renowned university is quite amazing. Be it in academics, LPU has a quality performance set. It is a brand in itself. One can SEE the records of placements that LPU students have made. Besides that, LPU does provide an in-campus residential facility with mess. Ranging from students to Faculty, stay in LPU-hostels. They offer all the kinds of rooms one would like to take, like cooler-rooms, AC-rooms, Apartments. It totally depends upon the student if he/she wants to avail food facility or not. LPU does have modern-tech laboratories with the latest technology. In research, LPU itself contributes plenty of inventions and innovations to society. The infrastructure at LPU is quite mesmerizing, the huge diversity to witness, the multi-lingual, multi-cultural mixture of people makes it more attractive. LPU is giving us all even in this hard time pandemic 2021. LPU is a university that still standing tall for its students and students' studies are not compromised. It feels great to be part of that university which is so diverse. Students from 50+ countries staying on one single campus with full facilities and good vibes. Faculty members are so humble and great. They're easy to gel with. Being a student of LPU one thing is sure that we feel proud that LPU provides so much of ex [posure and opportunities. There's always something going on and we are asked to participate, learn, explore, and grow. We get so many opportunities to attend workshops, seminars, guest lectures, and various other things. It's a university with a lot of exposure and good academic life. And the university campus is spread over 600+ acres. We can go anywhere we want and everything is available within the campus. It's like a mini-city. And we're part of that LPU family.
