In terms of rankings, KCL ranks a bit lower than Oxbridge in THE and QS, but it is in the top 50 in the world on multiple rankings. Besides, this, the “Golden-Triangle Universities” namely Oxford, Cambridge, Imperial, LSE, UCL, and KCL, are the same schools that are mostly chosen by the American Marshall Scholars to attend on their academic sojourn in Britain.
KCL ranks high in the global rankings because of its high research output. In subjects like Medicine, Law, Nursing, Dentistry, Philosophy and International Studies, KCL ranks very high in the respective subject matter.
