    Masters' Union evaluates applicants based on three primary criteria:

    1. Work Experience – Preferably 2-5 years of professional experience, though exceptional candidates outside this range are also considered.
    2. Academics & Co-Curricular Activities – Academic performance, co-curricular involvement, advanced degrees, and optional test scores (GRE, GMAT, CAT) are assessed.
    3. Communication Skills – Candidates are evaluated on their ability to structure thoughts clearly, both verbally and in writing, throughout the process.
