Money generally works through open market operations as per RBI. Additionally, money flows in and out by FIIs , DIIs, Hedge funds ,private equity. You can learn on this by pursuing CFA exams. Moreover, course by BSE on capital markets and NCFM will give you additional knowledge on stock markets and
