How does one apply in Karnataka state Counselling? Not in the AIQ quota but in the state quota. If tdomicile of Maharashtra. Is it possible?

    No it is not possible as for appearing in state counselling one must have domicile of same state in which he or she is applying
    So If you have domicile of Maharashtra then you cannot apply in Karnataka state counselling in state quota.
