How does one become a school / career counsellor in India? Is it possible to do so after B.Com?

I'm B.Com from B'lore Uni (2002) with 69% aggregate. Thinking of pursuing a career as a counsellor in schools / colleges / other educational institutions. How do I go about it? What salary can I expect?

There is no specialization course for the same post.you should be confident to do the counselling.you can apply directly salary for beginner 8k to 12k pm
