    Hello, it does not make a difference, universities abroad are aware of the various education boards in India. There could be however many debates about it, recognition of CBSE and IB boards are higher compared to state boards as said by many, however as long as you have a good profile you need not worry as every year thousands of deserving students from all over the country irrespective of the boards are admitted.
