How does the placement cell in AIMS IBS assist students in getting placed?

One of the main reasons AIMS is famous for is its placements. Students at AIMS are provided internship opportunities for MBA students from 3rd semester onwards; the stipend depends on the company. Companies like Amazon, IBM, ICICI Bank, Deloitte, Berger Paints, and Accenture etc. All these companies come for recruitment at AIMS Institute. The salary package is also good. Every year many companies conduct placements in the college and recruit students. The college has a good placement record. Many MNCs and private banks like ICICI, HDFC, Bandhan Bank, etc. , visit here for placements. The maximum of 80% of the students gets placed every year. The Placement Cell at college trains students well before attending the interviews. The students will be attending many mock interviews before facing the real company interview. Most of the students are selected during campus interviews only. The highest salary package offered is around 15 LPA and the lowest salary package offered is 3 LPA. Many students got placed in Oberoi Group, Taj Group, Hilton, Marriot, Hyatt, and many more through the college placements. Some of the very talented students got placed as MT. This is one of the best colleges to move forward and achieve your goals. Some students got placed well in good companies like ICICI, Aditya Birla, Amazon, etc. , The college mainly focus on inviting the reputed companies to the campus so that the students can have a strong foundation in their career. The Alumni is also a great support to the institute. They too provide references to the good companies and also they share all their ideas and experiences with their juniors who are getting ready for their placements. If the student is well prepared to face the interview, then the college offers great placement opportunities in well-reputed companies with good salary packages.
