How effective are the distance education programs offered by reputed B Schools through video conferencing

IIMs and other elite business schools offer executive management programs for working executives through Hughes Education, NIIT Imperia and Reliance World. These programs are interactive distance education programs provided through two way video conference. I want to know how helpful are these?
