How effective is the placement cell for B.E. / B.Tech courses at MMMUT Gorakhpur?

Both MMMUT and Amity University Gwalior are good options to pursue a BTech. However, in terms of affordability, MMMUT is more affordable since the tuition fees to pursue a BTech at MMMUT is INR 6 lakh, and the tuition fees to pursue a BTech at Amity University Gwalior is INR 11.04 lakh.

MMMUT Gorakhpur has concluded the spot round for admission to BTech LE courses. As per the notice released by the university, students who have gotten a seat via the spot round are required to report to the university for physical verification on 13 Aug, 2025. Students must report on time, i.e., 10 AM.

For admission to BTech courses offered by MMMUT, students must satisfy the eligibility criteria set by the university. As per the eligibility conditions, students who have completed Class 12 with at least 55% marks (50% in the case of a candidate belonging to the SC/ST category) and with at least 60% average marks (55% in the case of a candidate belonging to the SC/ST category) in Mathematics, Physics and one more discipline-relevant subject are eligible to apply for the course.

Yes, MMMUT Gorakhpur does provide lateral entry to BTech courses. Through lateral entry, students get direct admission to the second year of the BTech course. The selection criteria differ for BTech LE admissions. As per the criteria, students who have done diplomas are required to present a CUET (UG) course. Students who are BSc graduates are required to present a CUET PG score. Moreover, all students are required to participate in the counselling process.
