How ethical is for Private management Institutes allowed to conduct their own Entrance Exams ?

Hi Shiksha,
There are many autonomous institutes which conduct institute specific entrances and I do not see any harm in having a selection procedure for admissions.
Also as correctly stated by Gomti, you can start this as a discussion and gain several feedback on the basis of the students prefere
