When living in Nova Scotia as a student, you can expect monthly expenses to be around CAD 1,200 to CAD 2,000. This covers rent, utilities, transportation, groceries, and a bit for entertainment. Keep in mind that these costs might differ for each person. The expenses mentioned above excludes the tuition fee of the course a student opts.
