How GATE counseling is done?

Is there any Centralized Committee (like for AIEEE), or individual institutes invites the applications for M.E./M. tech? Please tell, regarding to all major IITs, NITs and IIITs too.

I hav scored 12921 rank in gate 2012. what is the procedure to apply for counseling & when the application form issuing will starts.

For M.Tech., all IITs, NITs and IIITs, accept admission through GATE score only. At the 97 percentile, all admissions close in these institutions. For admission in government and private engineering colleges, you will have to apply through application form through state technical universities during
