The fee structure of IIIT Guwahati is segregated in three parts including per semester tuition fee, institute caution money and hostel fee. What IIIT Guwahati's policy says
For PhD admission in some departments (e.g. the Department of Electronics and Communication Engineering — ECE) they accept “four-year Bachelor's degree in Engineering/Technology/Medical Sciences or equivalent in a relevant area” with a required minimum CPI/marks (e.g. CPI ≥ 7.0 or 65%) as one of the eligibility options.

Those who have four year bachelor's degree in Engineering/Medical Sciences or Technology, must have either 7.0 CPI or 65% marks.
