How good are the facilities of LPU for students?

Dear Mahesh, I can assure you that LPU gives you the best education and all the facilities. LPU focus on practicals a lot they have BYOD (Bring your own device) classes so that student can learn easily and they have MAC lab for IOS development. LPU not only gives you best education but they also prepare student so that they can crack any interview, they organize classes for communication skill because the interview matters a lot. LPU conducts many events, guest lectures, seminars so that student can enhance their knowledge. In my 2 years of experience as a college student, I have not seen any college/university as focused as LPU in organizing every factor discussed earlier and coming out successful in placements in such large numbers. Attracting more than 800 companies that conduct over 1000 placement drives is proof enough of the massive scale of operations at LPU. So, LPU will give you all which you need in order to find a great job, but it is YOU who has to grab the opportunity. In this fast-changing environment, the requirement of employers also change quickly and so do the skill-sets required. The administration system of LPU takes this into consideration. LPU takes feedback from the students after each semester so that they can update some changes that are helpful for the student. So, don't worry about the study facilities at LPU. Thank you.

As everyone is aware, practical skills are crucial to mastering the CSE curriculum. For idea clarification, practical labs are used in more than 50% of the subjects. LPU takes care of this and has multiple, well-equipped labs on diverse technologies included in the CSE course curriculum. The workstation has good RAM and installed software, allowing students to complete their tasks quickly. Each lab also has a projector, ensuring that students receive the proper code and that instructors can demonstrate a working programme with results. Concepts are better clarified as a result. LPU has excellent labs where we have completed many projects and gone to our practicum classes. There are 17 multi stories Hostels including Luxury Apartments available in the LPU. Each hostel has it own entrance and exit, dedicated Wardens, Maintenance staff, Mess, Tuck Shop and what not. Apart from all the liesures in the LPU Hostels, there are few restrictions and strict for the safety and security concern. LPU residential services are considered as one the largest in INDIA. Now comes to your answer: Common room equipped with cable TV. Ambulance service. 24 X 7 Power Supply 24 X 7 water supply. Water cooler with a water purifier for safe drinking water. 24 X 7 Security. Wi-Fi Connectivity. ATMs within the hostel. CCTV Support. Tuck shops within the Hostels. Many eating joints are near by Hostels at the walking distance. Infrastructure: 1-The infrastructure of the university as well as the hostel is top class and the university is being awarded for the same. The whole university is having a Wi-Fi connection including the hostel. Labs, Libraries, Classrooms are fully well-equipped with the necessary equipment. 2-The quality of facilities in the hostel is good. The quality of food in mess and canteen is good. There is one university hospital inside the University and 2 ambulances in case of emergency. There are 2 gyms inside the university and one Olympic size swimming pool and a badminton court inside the university. There are various basketball courts inside the university. The hostels in LPU have these many facilities: All my seniors have advised me to choose hostels only because of the following reasons: Bio-Metric attendance Online leave system SMS alert to parents (in case of leave) 24 hrs security staff stays within the campus. 24 hrs medical support The psychologist also available for students problems Record of visitors to the students Filtered water Specific units free If you want to take part in extra-curricular activities, it would be convenient to be in the vicinity of those places I. e. LPU hostels. This is how you live at LPU and experience a life that knows no boundation.

Hi, The facilities provided at LPU are phenomenal. LPU hosts one of the largest set of laboratories. There is a Museum containing demonstration of Projects. There is Polyhouse Technology A climate controlled cultivation (Hi-tech farming) of horticultural crops for high yield and quality production. Multimedia Studio for Science, Research and InnovationLPU has three auditoriums - Baldev Raj Mittal Unipolis (seating capacity 20000+), Shanti Devi Mittal Auditorium (seating capacity 2500) and university Auditorium (seating capacity 350). These auditoriums are widely used to host the events of international and national repute. The University has 2 amphitheatres which are used to organize cultural events, competitions, plays and the like. These amphitheatres are also used by regional and national film makers as location for their movies and songs. There is Aviation Lab, cultural labs, university hospital, in house laundry. Being an alumni I would like to answer this. I want to say that LPU is doing phenomenal work for the upliftment of the students and that could be justified through following: Frequent guest lectures/ workshops are also organized for them by the university. , Ministry of Science Technology Advisory Monitoring Committee Meeting was held where 42 Scientists from various top universities like IITs, NITs, top Central and State Universities including (LPU) from across the country presented their research proposals. The syllabus is updated every 6 months which personally, It has separate lab facilities available for each course like robotics Lab, research lab, postgraduate lab, aviation lab, lab for fashion designing, advance kitchen lab etc. Faculty members are highly qualified, most of the faculty members have done their Ph.D. and others are pursuing, they have at least minimum of 5 years of experience and ample amount of knowledge, both theoretical and practical knowledge. They are cooperative and whenever you need their help, they are ready to help you out. PEP classes start right away from the first semester itself in form of Communication Skills and continue till the final semester covering: Analytical Skills (Logic Reasoning and Verbal Reasoning) Quantitative Aptitude Skills Technical Aptitude Skills Presentations and Soft Skills Mock Exercises (Mock Interviews, GDs, Mock Tests, etc. ). The LPU infra structure is quite vast and enough to support all types of practicals like the ones needed for agriculture, physical education etc. The lush lawns are very inviting. LPU has all the necessary accreditation. The faculty is not only experienced but is updates with the latest leanings by industry experts in the faculty development programs held at regular intervals. The faculty is academically very helpful too. Industry immersion can be seen as there are seminars and workshops held by the industry experts and the alumni, so that the students can get a fair idea of the market trends The labs are well-equipped with the latest technology. The main library is a nine story building and is well-equipped, besides this there are libraries in each block. Placement preparation starts right from the beginning and the placement and career de [department is one of the largest and best in India. The School of Professional Enhancement gives the necessary analytical, logical skills and soft skills to polish the student to the core to make him placement ready. Even mock placement drives are held. The MNCs have recruited many students to top notch positions. A student of Agriculture got a whooping offer of 1cr from a US firm, B.Tech CSE student got 42LPA from Microsoft. About 650 companies visit LPU for recruitment in the LPU campus.
