Yes, LPU is the best place for quality education as well as placements in all the programmes. LPU has a very good placement record in an MBA programme. One of my friends did MBA in HR at LPU and got placed in an MNC as an Executive HR. Also, in my view, I think you should not worry about the placements. If you work hard in the course and learn as much as you can, any company visiting the campus would be happy to hire you. However, you must not neglect to polish your communication skills as well, because companies will check that in their interviews. LPU provides plenty of opportunities to its students to take part in events, competitions, fests in order to let them grow their personalities and give them a chance to polish their skills. The package depends on what the student can show to the recruiters, how much he is worth or deserves. There were some students who cracked the placement and got offered 21 LPA, while many failed to do so. On average, the MBA students of LPU are offered and placed in the starting package of 4.5 TO 6 LPA (Fixed salary) while there may be cases of students getting less than that or more than that.
