How good are the physical education courses in LPU?

Being alumni of LPU, I can assure you that the physical education programme is very good at LPU. The School of Physical Education, apart from preparing physical education teachers, is credited for nurturing sportspersons with an aim to participate in Asian Games and other international competitions. Rigorous academic and sports training is delivered by expert faculty members in international standard sports grounds and training fields. LPU offers B.P.Ed M.P.Ed and Ph.D. (Physical education). If you have participated in any sports activities and have got recognition at the national level, you can avail of scholarship up to a full programme fee waiver depending you meet all the eligibility criteria. LPU has one of the largest indoor stadium in India. Shanti Devi Mittal Indoor Stadium (10621 sq m) is a cynosure for all sportspersons and it has multifarious facilities under one roof which include 6 Squash Courts, 1 Basketball Court, 3 Volleyball Courts, 12 Badminton Courts, 1 Shooting Range, 3 Swimming Pools, Weightlifting Room, Chess Room, Yoga Room, and Aerobics room, Taekwondo arena etc. Every year LPU organizes many sports tournaments at the state and national level. LPU has the best Physical education course. 11 LPU students representing India in the 2021 Tokoyo Olympics. The Indian flag bearer for India at the Tokyo Olympics 2020 by Indian Hockey team captain Manpreet Singh. LPU is the best university if you are looking for any higher education. Along with your studies, you can participate in sports also. There are many sports facilities available in LPU: Cricket Football Badminton Handball Shooting Archery Boxing Hockey Rugby Tennis Table Tennis Basketball Baseball Squash Swimming- Indoor Sports Stadium with 3 Olympic size Swimming Pools American football and many others, basically You name the sport, and LPU has already available that. I remember my Ph.D teachers and the trainers from my school were accredited with this course and they trained people really well and took them to national levels. I myself got into district level in Judo so I know about this course and a great university for it is LPU. There are a lot of achievements of LPUs students in this course. Since I also was on my school's Kho-Kho team, I can relate to this one the most. AIU Kho-Kho Championship Achievement in AIU Competition Won Silver Medal in AIU Kho-Kho Championship 2014. The discipline of Physical Education at Lovely Professional University is credited with grooming excellent Physical Education teachers and nurturing sportspersons who have made a mark at national and international competitions. Offering NCTE approved B.P.Ed. And M.P.Ed. Programs, the department has strive to fine-tune the academic programs to the needs of the academic institutions and industry. It is regarded as the Best Physical Education college in India and Punjab. Dear Virat, As per my research, LPU is good for all programmes. Moreover, physical education is really good. They provide upto100% scholarships to deserving students in sports. Lovely School of Physical Education is regarded as the Best Physical Education college in India and Punjab. The students get training and regular opportunities to participate in Inter-university (AIU), National, and International level tournaments and coordinate the games and sports activities on the Lovely Professional University campus and in various other educational institutions and industries. The university conducts workshops and guest lectures to give practical exposure to the students. Famous sportspersons like wrestler Khali are invited to campus and interact with the students.
