How good is B.Tech in computer science from XUB, Bhubaneswar? Is the college opened recently?

See frankly I would say there are many engineering colleges in Bhubaneswar but only 4 to 5 are good. IIT, IIIT, KIIT and CET are the good ones. Even silicon, ITER and CV Raman can be preferred only if you are not getting above colleges but getting into any other is just less than average. So choice is yours. Good luck. Hope it helps.
