How good is IT branch of CUSAT soe according to placement?

Being completely honest, the placement for CUSAT last year 2016 for CSE was about INR. 10 LPA the highest and INR. 7.46 LPA in average, I don't think this is a realistic representation of CUSAT. The reasons being that the students that entered college 4 years back and the quality of students coming
