How good is Kanchi University?

I don't say it was top but it was good according to facilities, labs, library, hostels, etc. Because it is an old college so they are developing buildings nowadays. Academics and faculty - 8/10. Academics and faculty members are good. PhDs, professors provide the best teaching and some of the assistant professors are waste of time.
