How good is LPU for MBA in terms of placements?

Lpu gave me some extra edge so I joined LPU and this is the reality that LPU is really a great platform to pursue your studies and my lot of friends who have done MBA from LPU and they have very good experience and they all are will settle with very good earnings. In LPU MBA programme comes Mittal School of Business is among the first 10 institutions in India to get ACBSP (USA) accreditation. Last year in MBA students got package of max 16 Lacs per annum and the average packages were of 5 Lacs per annum. So I will recommend you to visit LPu campus at least once and you can contact through website also.

Hi, MBA is a well-known course at LPU. The university is ranked as the best private university by ASSOCHAM in 2017 and ranked among top 40 B-schools by NIRF. Faculty in LPU department is well-experienced and have expert knowledge who work on ur skill enhancement. There are lots of career opportunities after MBA in different areas. The university also gives u the opportunity to get real-life exposure through various training programs and an internship, which is mandatory for all. Professors go for value-based education which is something U as professionals would require in our career. Guest lectures by experts and some really successful people are arranged by your department to widen the scope of learning. The placements are exemplary. Many of my known alumni are placed in decent companies in different cities, while some are placed abroad, too. Industrial exposure is offered through in-house training programs. The university organizes many external workshops for us. The package provided by on-campus jobs is also satisfactory. Universities environment is pretty decent you can discuss your views and share your doubts and problems. Companies like Amazon, Tech Mahindra, Cognizant, HCL etc offer on-campus jobs. Companies like cognizant has a record of placing over 600 students in a day. So, placements is something you need not worry about.

Dear Ajay, MBA at LPU is an entirely different game altogether, IF talking about placements : Till March, a total of around 200 companies made a beeline for MBA grads this year. More than 86% of the batch of around 600 was placed, the highest packages offered were in range of 15 to 20 LPA by about 12 companies. The average packages are about 5.5 LPA. This is data for all the specializations put together. Hope this helps DVD.

When it comes to Professional degree I. e. MBA, LPU is the best University. One of my cousin pursued her MBA from LPU. LPU told that LPU is renowned private university with more than 30,000 students and experienced faculty from various institutes. As per my view LPU has an edge in terms of curriculum, exposures, and placements. Mittal School of Business is among the first 10 institutions in India to get ACBSP (USA) accreditation. LPU is ranked No. 2 among Indian B-Schools in 'Outreach and Inclusivity' by NIRF 2018 ranking released by MHRD, Government of India. In terms of Curriculum, the number of courses offered in MBA are wide starting from plain MBA to specialised and Honours MBA which is purely residential. The placements are fair enough, the university is more on Speaking, Professionalism and Entrepreneurship. You'll not be drilled for your academics anytime. As far as placements are concerned, they are around 8-10 Lacs for the cream crowd. Else, stick to around 5 LPA. LPU due to its population has great alumni network hence making to a good job is not tough.
