How good is MBA from Regenesys Business School? Is it reliable?

Well to start my answer, it is definitely not the best B-School in India or one which comes into top 15-20 B-schools of India. But yes, MBA from this institute is a pretty decent option to go for. It also depends on what are you looking for? As MBA from top Institutes is costly too. However, this institute can give an international exposure because you have to spend 1 year in India and 1 year in South Africa where you get to work on internships in both years. Which makes it a quite decent option considering MBA fees here.
