I am not the right person to comment on quality of any institute. A good institute's definition varies from person to person. In my personal opinion, if the faculty is good, placement record has been decent, there are tie-ups with various international universities, then according to me all these parameters can help me in taking institutes into consideration and evaluating my options. If you want to go by the ranking method, where various institutes are ranked on all these parameters, then go for reliable ranking methodology only used by websites like <a rel="nofollow" target="_blank" href="https://SHIKSHA.COM" style='word-wrap:break-word;'>https://SHIKSHA.COM</a> If you believe you can improve your CAT score next time, then its good to get a job and keep on preparing for CAT and score high percentile, so that next time you can get into good B-school.
