The University has successfully concluded the 2023 placements. A total of 678 students registered for the 2023 drive, out of which 581 were successfully placed. Further, 68 companies participated and distributed over 798 job offers. The the highest package and average package offered during Periyar Maniammai University placements 2023 were INR 6 LPA and INR 2.50 LPA, respectively. TCS, DAIKIN, Hexaware Technologies, and many other leading companies participated in PMIST placements 2023.

The University has released the NIRF report 2023 for Architecture, Engineering, and Management departments which incorporates the placement data for 2022. The overall placement rate for popular courses like BTech and MBA batch passing out in 2022 was 58% and 50%, respectively.
