How handy a Cambridge English exam (FCE/CAE/CPE) might be for me in finding a good job as an English teacher or any other decent job?

It will be very effective as Cambridge English exams matter a lot but I would recommend UGC NET and SET exams because they help you get job in colleges or universities.
