How hard is getting admission into SRM Madurai College for Engineering and Technology?

This college offers B.E./B.Tech and MBA courses with admission mainly done through the TNEA and MAT counseling process respectively. To apply, a candidate should register for the required entrance exam and meet the criteria which usually are aggregate 45% in the previous qualification; for the reserved category, it would be 40%.&nbsp;<br>The selection process is merit-based and depends on the candidate's performance in entrance exams. Although the college has a good reputation and a high placement rate, it is necessary to meet the cut-off scores in entrance exams to get a seat in the college, especially in popular courses like Computer Science and Engineering, which have a high cutoff.
