Pursuing B.Tech from Birla Institute of Technology Patna is moderately challenging. The institute has a student-faculty ratio of 15:1, by which the students are ensured with proper attention. The curriculum focuses on providing a strong basis related to all the engineering principles, as 70% of students have a CGPA of 7 above. The institute also has a very strong evaluation system, as it has 4-6 exams per semester. It requires students to attain and maintain a minimum CGPA of 6.5 to avoid being detained and therefore needs to be focused and strive throughout the programme over 4 years.
