    MCKV Institute of Engineering is moderately competitive in terms of pursuing a B.Tech. The process for getting admitted to the college mainly depends on WBJEE (West Bengal Joint Entrance Examination) or JEE Main scores, and one has to score within the cut-off for his desired branch. The academic load can be pretty demanding, but good infrastructure, experienced faculty, and industry exposure by the college ensure students succeed. It also depends on how devoted one is, how prepared and how interested he or she is in the subject matter. But if one stays diligent with studies, then studying at MCKV Institute of Engineering for a B.Tech.

    The difficulty level of B.Tech. at MCKV Institute of Engineering is moderate. The institute was accepting students through WBJEE or JEE Mains, and general students get admission here with the rank of about 50,000-70,000 in WBJEE to get admission in the top departments, such as computer Science and engineering. The Mains cutoffs rank for the popular branches may be nearly 80,000 – 1,20,000.
