    Hello,
GD-PI process is very subjective and your percentile will not have that much importance there.

    Hi,
The admission process includes two steps: SNAP + GE-PIWAT.
After a good performance in SNAP it is important to perform well in each process of the second step which includes Group Exercise, Personal Interview & Written Ability Test.
Even if someone scores a 99 percentile in SNAP, the perceived level of difficulty is based on the individual's capability and knowledge. So it might happen that two people with the same SNAP score may have differing opinions about the difficulty level of the GE-PIWAT process.
The final convert is based on your profile and your performance in both the steps of the admission process.

There is no relationship between the degree of ease/hardness of the GDPI process and the percentile of the candidate. In the final scores, only the score of the SNAP Test is taken into account, not the percentile. Thus, it is advised to give one's best in the entire process irrespective of the percentile received.
