How hard it is to change branch in SGSITS from BME to civil after 1st year?

That depends on your score (CGPA), it is not that tough but surely you need to work hard for that. If your category is OBC or SC then quite less CGPA would also work fine. -

You just need to maintain a score of 8 CGPA in both semesters also it depends on vacancy of seats in your category.
