Students, past and present, are what any institute is all about. Faculty and staff are essential as well, but students are different in that they will forever fill a role whether they are present students or long graduated alumni. They create the university's status, which relies in large part on how successful alumni are in the real world. New graduates will have better job prospects because they went to a well-known school, and the process will continue. This is the basic benefit the newcomers and the college get. TIER-1 campuses will have very good infrastructure, excellent faculties, excellent training, hospitality etc. These campuses will be having a strong alumni network as well. The campus will invite to class multinational companies to make a relationship with them. This always benefits the campus as well as the students who are studying over there.
