How I become a pilot? What is the process for it and for getting a job in the air line?

For getting a job in airline you will have to go through the selection procedure of the airline. It comprises of Technical Exam, GD, PI, Simulator check and Medicals. For becoming a commercial pilot, there is a specific eligibility criteria, which you should first be aware of. This is decided on what subjects have you taken in class 12th. It requires 50% marks in PCM to be a pilot. And, even if you have not opted for the same, then you can appear separately for these subjects and become eligible. There are no such entrance exams for becoming a pilot. Let me explain you :
After 10+2 with atleast 55% (General category) or 50%(ST/SC/OBC) aggregate marks in physics and maths, you need admission directly in a flying club. The admission consists of three parts :
Written Examination
One paper of two hours duration of physics, maths, general english and reasoning.
Pilot Aptitude Test ( PAT )
This is also an exam on subjects like Air Navigation etc. Only successful candidates in PAT will move ahead for the final selection.

It is pretty straight forward, you don't get the driving license until you are 18. So, it very unlikely that you would get license for piloting at that age. And higher education in preferrably science is also required.
