How I can go in Business Management role? Should I go for MBA or shall I wait and get experience?

I am post graduate (M.Tech Project Management) student working in QE&A IT department as tester. Want to Go in Business Management role. I have zeal of Business Management; so what can I do to get rid of S/w Tester tag. Should I go for MBA or should I wait & get experience to get management?

You should ideally go for a Quality Certification course (six sigma, CMM/ISO 9000 from a good reputed place) as it is aligned to your current role and educational background. You could ask your own company's HR folks as to how you can apply for your own company sponsored trainings and then apply for
