At first you should complete your +2 syllabus and revise properly. There are so many websites providing free online medical entrance exam preparation. You can join them and appear on that online test.

If you are best in your academics and having a good base of science B group subjects, then you can prepare your self for MBBS exam but be sure about the timing and practices...wish you best of luck...
