How I can prove in court that production and industrial engineering is a stream of mechanical engineering for getting a job?

In this job all the streams of mechanical engineering are allowed but my branch name was not listed in their records.

Hello, It is very well understood and accepted that production and industrial engineering is the stream of mechanical engineering. Could you please tell which job profile was given to you or they had an opening for in the organization?

Though it's a part of mechanical engineering stream you must ask for the clarification of role they wish the candidate to perform in the organisation.
