You can search on chrome or any other browser. go to the official site of ignou and that is ignou.ac.in and tap on admission button and fill all the information which they ask and you get the admission. Or otherwise you can take the help of elder person or Simply you can go to cyber cafe...

Now all admission in Undergraduate courses in Universities/ Affiliated colleges will be made on the basis of CUET ranks. So register yourself for CUET first for getting admission to asked college.
