Hi,
Certified Public Accountant is a certification in accounting, auditing and taxation in the US, Singapore, Australia and many other nations.
Its direct comparable in India would be Chartered Accountant (CA) designation offered by the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI).

American CA is called CPA, for doing this course your suppose to have a Graduation and with Work experience. Good Luck
