Get an application form from the University/download from their web site, fill in, affix photograph, produce a demand draft with requisite fee if necessary and mail the application form in a cover by registered/speed post. In case of online applications, get your demand draft ready, fill in the online application, take a print out of the receipt, apply along with the demand draft to the concerned University. Its simple, but ahndle with care to provide correct information and apply early so as to reach the University before the last date mentioned.
