you can do MPHIL in your master relevant subjects , this is a research degree and first step to go in PHD , PHD first year you may also learn for synopses ,a and it is same as MPHIL , this is a good option for you and for make good future, today research is compulsory in all fields if you want to grow in near future

Hi Rayees, M.Phil is a degree which requires you to have a Masters degree with 55% to 60% score from a recognized University. The percentage may vary from University to University. It is just like PhD, you can say it is a Pre Phd degree and is for students who generally want to pursue a teaching profession.
