According to me MBA is necessary to succeed in life. It is not just a degree it's a course of personality development, the course of improving and enhancing communication skills, generating self-confidence, removing stage fear, developing a positive attitude towards life. I agree that today various institutions are running MBA programme but it definitely depends on the faculty and the individual how he learns and what attitude he has for MBA. Does he seriously want to achieve success in life by doing this programme or a he take this as a normal degree. Well if a person want to develop a positive attitude, and learn how to face challenges and risk in life, how to manage the resources, costing, leadership, entrepreneurship, and there are many things in MBA, he should go for this degree to succeed in life and to be successful in life.
