Work experience will help you relate to the subjects better. But freshers and work ex people are not treated differently. Some companies prefer people with work ex for placements.

Working experience is not mandatory to join LIBA, although it does have some weightage in the selection criteria. LIBA has a good mix of freshers and experienced people.
