None of the developed countries in the world who are successful now don't have ENGLISH as their mother tongue, Rather than speaking skill you need to develop your reading and writing skills as your questions have more number of spelling mistakes that will fetch an imposition from your own kids!, gai

Well always talk to other in English and watch English movies and learn English words and if not god with English go for tuition that can help a lot. i improved mine speaking skills by speaking in English to others
