How international students can apply for admission in University at Albany-SUNY?

<p>International students can apply for admission to the university at Albany-SUNY using either the State University of New York (SUNY) Application or the Common Application. If one applies after May 1, they must use the SUNY Application.&nbsp;All first-year (freshmen) applicants must also complete the 250- to 500-word essay component of either the Common Application or the SUNY Supplemental Application.&nbsp;One must also complete an Intensive English Language Program (IELP) application. All applicants must arrange for their official school and/or college transcripts to be sent to them. First-year applicants must submit an official transcript from their secondary school for admissions purposes.</p>

<p>Before enrolling in University at Albany, SUNY graduate programme, you must have finished a degree programme that is equivalent to a US bachelor's degree in order to be considered for admission. Your academic records must be submitted in the original language along with the translated versions into English with verified translations into English along with the original documents in the original language. For Indian students, the University requires official marksheets for each individual exam. Transcript evaluatiosn are also appreciated, through not necessary. you will be required to submit an official proof of your degree completion. An English Proficiency exam score is also needed. The University considers the TOEFL, IELTS, the Pearson Test of English Academic (PTE Academic) exam or the Duolingo English Test. The University also requires international applicants to submit financial documents &amp; financial affidavits as evidence of their ability to meet the expenses while completing their studies.&nbsp;</p>
