How is an inter college transfer done after the 1st year of BtTech?

Is transfer possible from non autonomous to autonomous?I am a Maharashtra state candidate...if yes could you guide me about the procedure and criteria?

    Transfer procedure and criteria differs from college to college so, it would be always advisable to contact the institute officials of both the colleges directly for specific and updated knowledge regarding the transfer norms.
