HI Sahil, if you take up MSc in a technical suject and compare it with MBA then there is a lot of difference. While the former will help you establish your career in technical field the latter will be of help when you want to get into management.

Both the degrees M.Sc and MBA are good for you. Now , its up to your own interest and aptitude in which field you want to get into. If you are more inclined to get into a technical job after completing your graduation, then go for M.Sc... if you want to get into managerial posts, MBA is a better opt

The only difference lies in the fact that MSc is more research oriented whereas MBA is more abstract.
