How is Anand Rathi as a workplace for MBA Marketing freshers?Is there any career growth for a MBA in Marketing from Sikkim Manipal Univ?

I got the job 4m campus placements of SMU.I am already 34 and jobless 4last 2 yr.Am presently doing a advanced PHP course which may provide me a job of INR 5k-6k,while in anand rathi I am offered 8k p.m. plus incentives & R&R. Cant decide as to join the job or carry on with the php course?Plz advice
