How is applying to the Minnesota State University different from applying to other universities in USA?

    There is not much of a difference everything is similar be it applying to university or Visa Process. However if you are applying for Undergraduate program, SAT and ACT is optional so that is a plus point. Minimum GPA requirement is also a bit different (less) and so is the language test scores (less). Check the official website thoroughly for application process. Rest, I believe that everything is similar.
