How is Automobile engineering at LPU? I want to know about placements.

LPU is a good university when you compare it with other private universities and colleges. I have done my B.Tech CSE from LPU, One of my friend was enrolled in B.Tech Automobile as well. Few major point I will be sharing about LPU, I hope that helps. LPU is good for automobile engineering. Good placements in core company as well as software company. Other than participating different events like go kart, project expo, entertainment events like one India, one world etc. Practical based learning and valuable guest lecturers also. LPU provides a lot of opportunities to each and every of the eligible students for good placement. LPU rated as 11th Best in India from Zee News Survey in Placements. They give you a very good amount of training before you go into campus placements. Try not to miss those classes they will help you in getting better placements, after all, all we need is a decent place with good exposure. I shouldn't even have to explain this one. Various major companies take part in recruitment at LPU every year, some as Volkswagon, Voltas, Anglo Eastern Ship Mgt. , Asahi India, Rockman (Hero group), Dharam Consulting, Samundra, Indo-MIM, Sandhar Technologies, JK Lakshmi Cement, Maruti, Lava, XL Dynamics, Asahi India, Cleanmax Solar, Elgi Equipments, etc. On an average, 200 MNCs visit our campus every year, placing around 2000 students every year. Packages vary from 7.9 LPA to 30lpa based on the individual skill. Apart from their placements, LPU also provides rich support to its students to focus on their entrepreneurship projects that can help the student set up their own business. Every year, lot of championships and competitions such as Go Kart are organized in the university for giving a platform to students for innovation and development. In 2019, when PM Modi visited to university for addressing Indian Science Congress "a driver less car" was deigned by the students to drop them from helipad to the main venue. Lovely Professional University is one of the prestigious institute of India for higher studies and placements. I have seen lot of posts by other persons that LPU is placing their students in software companies etc. Well I want to clarify this statement that: A) A company has various units like production, services, manufacturing, software etc. So when a company is visiting in the campus, they are demanding students from different branches.
